A: Yes, we are integrated enterprise with manufacturing and trade, but our factory and sales department are separated, all overseas business will be handled by our sales department directly.

Q: We would like to work with your company, what info we need to send you for quotes?

A: For costing, we need client to advise the design & concept sheet, quantity and packaging info. Or client give us their target price directly, then our factory will work out a workable solution accordingly for you.

Q: We have reference samples, but we need to do some modification before production, can your company do?

A: Yes, we will help client to modify and make new prototype for approval before production manufacturing.

Q: We only have 2D pictures, could your factory also make them to be real? Or help to sculpt a 3D file for our approval?

A: 2D or 3D designs all are workable in our factory, we even also can do clay sculpt according clients’ sketch or pictures.

Q: What is your company MOQ?

A: Prototype MOQ is 1pc per design. Production MOQ is 3000pcs per design.

Q: We have a limited budget for our new project, can your company work out a workable solution for us?

A: Of course, we can.

Q: What is the timing for 3D sculpt, prototype by 3D printer, molds tooling, and production?

A: Digital 3D sculpt–7days, Prototype with painted–5days, Tooling—30days, Production–30days.

Q: We don’t know what kind of packaging suit to our products, can your company give some good solution for options?

A: Yes, we will.

Q: Do your company have a documented Quality System, which could track all the process over through the project?

A: Yes, we do.

Q: How could I believe your company can give make the good quality product and deliver in time?

A: We will make Pre-production samples to clients for approval before the production manufacturing.

Q: What kind of payment term do your company accept?

A: T/T, deposit at first and balance against delivery or B/L copy.

Q: What certificates do you factory has?

A: ISO9001, ICTI, GSV, Disney FAMA, BSCI, Sedex, NBCU Audited report, Bandai Audited report.

Q: What kind of raw material your factory use for production, are they eco-friendly?

A: ABS, PVC, TPR, Vinyl, Poly Resin, PP, PE, PS, Silicone and POM, all material are eco-friendly and good grade level, also could meet all European and American quality standard.

Q: Can your company also help to arrange the shipping by sea or by air?

A: Yes, we can.

Q: The clients’ products, will your company also make or sell them to other companies or competitors?

A: No, we will not use our existing clients’ molds to make and sell products to other new clients if without authorization.

Q: We don’t want to release our new product or concepts to network，could your company keep them as confidential business?

A: Yes, we will not release clients’ new idea or product to network if clients have special requirement, we also can sign a NDA file with client before cooperation.

Q: We also would like to buy some other merchandise from other suppliers except you make, could your company help us to purchase and follow?

A: Yes, we can help our clients to purchase or follow other products that made in other suppliers.
